Patient Service/Reception Team
Our Receptionists are here to help you and we hope you find our receptionists friendly and efficient. They have a difficult job to do, keeping both doctors and all patients happy, with telephone calls and enquiries from every direction, so please be patient.
We have a variety of professionals within the practice best help you. When telephoning for medical attention, the receptionist will ask you brief questions about your illness to enable them to direct you to the appropriate service.
All our staff members have been trained to make these enquiries so that we can help in the most appropriate way, and we appreciate the need to fully protect your confidentiality.
Our phone lines are busiest in the morning and therefore if you have any queries about test results, hospital appointments, ambulance bookings or anything you are not sure about, please telephone the surgery in the afternoon for advice.
