We do not accept telephone prescription requests, only in exceptional circumstances.
Please allow the surgery 2 working days to process your prescription request.
If you would like an update on when your prescription will be ready, please contact your nominated pharmacy. Our patient services team are unable to advise when your prescription will be ready to collect from the chemist.
Pharmacy nominations
It is patient choice as to which pharmacy you would like to nominate to provide your medication once your request has been processed by the surgery.
The practice is unable to change your nominated pharmacy.
You can change your nominated pharmacy via the NHS App or contacting the chemist directly.
