- I rang the surgery on Fri 18 July as I have a very bad knee and got a telephone appointment with Dr Cumberland. He asked if I could call in at the surgery as he had a cancellation half an hour later which I did. He referred me to Burnley Gen for an X ray which I had on Thurs 24th. I got the X ray results back I think the day after and rang up yesterday for an appointment with the physio and went to see her at 9.10 am today and she told me exactly what I wanted to know. Excellent service

- This is the second time I’ve seen this doctor, he listens and takes the time to understand what you are saying and gives you options and advice on the medication and products that he is prescribing to you. He is a very caring and understanding doctor. He has helped me so much these last few months.
